Container Reports in Terminal Management TMX

Containers enables several reports into Terminal Management TMX.

Containers has a couple of reports specific to tracking containers. This article describes the reports applying to containers specifically.

Container Inventory

The Container Inventory report is found in the “Containers” section of Terminal Management TMX under the “Container Inventory” tab and gives an overview of packaged inventory on record in the system. Filters for owner, facility, and bulk product allow for specifying the inventory item of interest while the “Current status” filter specifies where the inventory item is currently.

If desired, additional units can be shown by clicking “Additional units” and selecting all the units that should be displayed.

A copy of the currently shown report can be emailed by filling out the email address(es) in the “E-mail to” field on the lower right and clicking “Send”.

All Containers Report

The All Containers Report is found in the “Containers” section of Terminal Management TMX under the “All Containers Report” tab. This report provides a current status of containers from Terminal Management TMX and may be filtered by facility, status, product, owner, customer, or container number. If needed, all columns can be enabled or disabled from the “Configure Displayed Columns” sub menu.

A copy of the currently shown report can be emailed by filling out the email address(es) in the “E-mail to” field on the lower right and clicking “Send”.

This report can be scheduled. See “Scheduling email reports” for information.

The All Containers Report itself also links to the summary page for each container, where the container history can be found, if container activity needs to be reviewed.
