Site Readiness report

Installing the Constellation Connector includes access to the site readiness report.

Applies to

  • Constellation Connector for TMX

The Site Readiness report is a tool to check for potential issues before a site is connected to Constellation. The report is found on the Connector webpage -- if a link to this page isn’t on the blue bar in Terminal Management TMX, click this link while on the server machine where the Constellation Connector for TMX is installed.

Once on the Constellation Connector for TMX page, click the Site Readiness link.

Note: The Site Readiness report can take some time to run. Avoid requesting the report while a facility is in operation.

Click the “Request Report” button to start the report.

In many cases the report will state that “Everything looks good.” In this case, nothing has been found that may interfere with the site registration process.

Issues that the report looks for include duplicated records, ownership conflicts, and using “All Owners”. If anything is found, each record will be listed and should be handled prior to registering the site. The Site Readiness report may be rerun at any time for an up-to-date list of issues.

Contact the Kahler Automation Service Department for assistance regarding any issues found on the Site Readiness report.
