Constellation - Shared Data

With an active data sharing connection, companies gain visibility to their partner companies.

Shared data enables companies to utilize a shared inventory allocation dashboard widget and visibility to transactions.

To set up a data sharing connection with a partner company see Constellation - Manage Data Sharing.

Shared Inventory

Shared inventory information requires mapped products to be useable on the Constellation Dashboard page with the Product Allocation Widget. See Constellation - Shared Products. More information about the dashboard and widgets can be found at Constellation Dashboard.

Shared Transactions

After accepting a data share request, transactions are found in the Order Transactions page of Constellation, providing Constellation users full visibility to orders fulfilled at the site.

Orders from a data sharing connection are labeled with their source company. Constellation users have the ability to view these transactions in full.
