Solution

  1. Locate the KA-2000 that controls the weigh hopper and cycle power to it. Here is how:
    1. Under the KA-2000 device are some cables, the power cable is the second from the right. Twist to unlock, then pull the cable out of the device.
    2. The LED screen will go blank. Plug the cable back in and tighten it.
    3. The error should clear and the weigh hopper should become available for use.
