Plant Supervisor PSX - In progress
Once the “Load” button is clicked, the order(s) will become in-progress; all in-progress orders queue up along the bottom of Plant Supervisor PSX as seen in the image above. Additionally, a Load View Detail screen may automatically open. If the Load View Detail screen does not automatically show, or if it is closed, click the relevant order progress summary block in Plant Supervisor PSX main screen to open it again.
In-progress orders start readying the system to run the order(s) into a transport, but a final start signal is required to move product into a transport. Start signals may come from physical buttons in a bay or from the on-screen “Start compartment x” button being pressed by an operator.
Panels currently in use by other orders or loadout software are shown as “Busy” until they are freed for use. Wait for the current order to finish before trying to continue.
When an order is finished dispensing, any configured custom prompts are shown, signatures collected, then the ticket is recorded and printed as configured.
Pressing the cancel button during an order will stop the system and create a ticket. Canceling an order skips cleanout operations and may be a contamination concern.
If an order is interrupted, such as a brown-out causing the Plant Supervisor PSX machine to restart, in-progress records are checked as part of software startup and operators are given the opportunity to record order progress as a ticket before continuing. See “Plant Supervisor PSX – Recovering After an Unexpected Restart”.
While an order is loading, additional orders may be queued up from the order list in Plant Supervisor PSX. Orders requiring a panel currently in use are queued until the panel is available, while orders not requiring an in-use panel run simultaneously.
