Getting a prompt in Plant Supervisor that our old printer cannot be found
When orders print we keep getting a prompt that the old, no longer used, printer cannot be found. How do we get rid of the prompt?

Common Cause(s)
Old printer is still configured to print copies
Environment/Applies to
- Plant Supervisor 4 (PS4) version 4.18
Solution
- In Plant Supervisor, click on the wrench icon (top right) to open settings.
- Select/highlight the old printer (wherever you see it in a PS4 list).
- Change the number of copies to 0.
- Close the Wrench, then reopen to confirm the copy number stays at 0.
