Voiding Tickets

Terminal Management TMX offers the option to void a ticket after it has been dispensed. A voided ticket reverses the inventory transaction, useful when inventory should not be reported as moved.

  1. From the Terminal Management TMX home screen, click "Reports” on the left-hand side of the page.
  2. Select "Receipts" on the menu tab at the top of the Reports page.

  1. Adjust the filters as necessary to see the tickets you would like to be voided.
  2. Once your criteria are set, click "Find".

  1. Select the ticket/order in the list of tickets.
  2. Selecting a ticket shows a copy of the bill of lading.
  3. Click the "Void" button to void the ticket(s)

Once you confirm your action in the pop-up window, the ticket will be voided.

Note: A ticket can no longer be archived after being voided.
