TeamViewer for Remote Access
Kahler Automation uses TeamViewer to remotely access systems for most customers.
Solution Summary
Download TeamViewerQS.exe HERE. Once it has finished downloading, run the program and be ready to provide the number provided by the TeamViewer application displayed under "Your ID" followed by the password listed below the ID. A support Representative should then be able to remotely access your system to assist with any issue you may have.
This only applies to companies that have not made other arrangements to allow Kahler Automation service representatives to remotely access their equipment. Service representatives are aware of these exceptions.
