Solution
Bulk product hazardous material
In Terminal Management, navigate to the Products Menu, then the Bulk Product Analysis page.
Select the bulk product that should be designated as a Hazardous Material.
Set the Analysis type to Default hazardous materials analysis.
Enter the appropriate information for the bulk product, including changing the unit from “Not Hazardous” to the appropriate unit of measure defined for the Reportable Quantity.
Leave the Reportable Quantity at 0 to always display the RQ in the hazardous materials section. If a quantity is specified here, and the ticket does not contain enough of the bulk product to meet or exceed that level, LQ will be listed on the ticket.
Any tickets created after this point will use these settings.
Note: Changes to the description or the reportable quantity will only be applied to tickets created after the change is saved. This information will not be applied to tickets created previously.
Default delivery ticket settings
In Terminal Management, navigate to the General Settings Menu, then the Delivery Ticket page.
Enable the option to “Show product hazardous material”.
