Flush And Rinse Totals

View current flush/rinse estimate for product that will be dispensed in addition to the order.

Flush and rinse settings are a vital part of a liquid system’s contamination controls. Operators should be aware that by default these flush/rinse actions result in added product to the ordered amount being dispensed.

Flush/rinse reallocation can reduce this excess amount by automatically accounting for it. See “Flush/Rinse Reallocation” for more information.

On the Prepare Load screen shown above, the Flush/rinse amount is displayed under the Compartments setup. This is additional product beyond the request amount. Note that the Flush/rinse amount cannot be calculated before a “Load-out to” has been selected.

A “Total to dispense” is calculated to let the operator know the total amount dispensed. Operators may be able to reduce overrun from flush/rinse settings by configuring flush/rinse reallocation.
