<<Prev | Contents | Next >>

This screen summarizes an order about to be dispensed.

  1. Compartment preview – Lists the configured compartments and Total/Remaining for the order(s). Contents, Quantity, and Load-out to are required fields. Transport is optional.

Contents – Products in an order. If more than one order is configured, the products will be broken out by order. Clicking on the contents provides additional configuration options.
Quantity – Overview of the total amount of product that will be dispensed for the compartment. Click to adjust amount for a compartment. Cycle through units by clicking on the current unit.

Load-out to – Facility-specific list of discharge locations filtered by those able to load ALL of the products for the current compartment.
Transport – Records the transport and its compartment to be loaded. (Optional)
Add Compartment – Up to 8 compartments may be configured to a single load operation. Each will load independently requiring a start signal to load so that drivers or operators are able to connect hoses, change valves, or reposition before the system continues.
Stats – Additional details of the order are shown here. Total requested, transport gross estimate, flush/rinse amounts and remaining amounts will be shown in this section
  2. Function Buttons

Back – Cancel and return to the order list.
Save – Save the current view as a pre-staged order or update a current staged order.
Delete – Delete the staged order and return to the order selection screen. (Staged order only)
Summary – Display a preview of product or bulk products to be dispensed.
Panels – Review or configure each bulk product panel source. Useful when a bulk product is available at more than one panel.
  3. Carrier, Driver, Applicator, and Destination configuration.

Optional information that will be tied to the created ticket. May be shown on final ticket based on ticket configuration.
Order configuration allows manually adding other order(s) to the configured loadout.
  4. Prepare load shortcut section

Provides the operator with access to a configurable set of shortcuts. Shortcuts used will vary by facility; disabling unused shortcuts is recommended.
  5. Load button

Once a loadout operation is configured, click the “Load” button to start loading. Any missing configuration will be shown to the left (as shown) and the “Load” button will not function until all requirements are fulfilled.
NOTE: Systems like weigh tanks or dry systems can start measuring product once this button is pressed, though an operator is required to click “Start” for product to be loaded to the transport.
