Plant Supervisor PSX automates order fulfillment and is intended for use by site operators.
Applies to
- Plant Supervisor PSX
For most site operators, Plant Supervisor PSX is their facility’s primary means of operation. Orders are configured and loaded from Plant Supervisor PSX’s interface, and tools allow for saving staged orders, dispensing multiple orders together, and everything that goes into day-to-day facility operations.

Theory of Operation
Plant Supervisor PSX coordinates connected systems to fulfill orders. It is a standard interface for operators, working the same way for any connected facility, making the operation convenient and straight forward.
Operators can adjust an order, including where it dispenses and how much is run at a time, before choosing to proceed with loading the order by clicking “Load”.
Plant Supervisor PSX then verifies the order is dispensable, determines what products will run and what panels are required to run the order, and ensures that the controllers work together to deliver the requested amount to the transport.
To load an order, Plant Supervisor PSX divides the order into panels and batches. Each section is then loaded onto the correct controller, and Plant Supervisor PSX ensures they each run in coordination with each other to complete the order and dispense the requested blend into a transport.
Liquid Facilities: Once the “Start Compartment 1” button or the physical start button is pressed, the Carrier starts, and other panels are injected into the flow. Weigh tanks are batched based on their capacity, and the system helps ensure that all injecting panels complete before the carrier finishes as a contamination measure.
Dry Facilities: Controllers are run in sequence, measuring product, mixing, and then directing it to the loadout location to fill the transport. The system batches out based on capacity and sub-systems run in parallel to keep the system fully utilized.
