Order Settings

The Constellation Orders setting page is only available to Constellation administrator users. This page allows setting a company-wide order completion percentage or disabling the order completion percentage completely.

Constellation controlled orders do not use site-configured order completion percentages and site operators cannot change the percentage configured in constellation.

The Constellation Order Completion Percentage is checked for each blend grouping in an order. Non-VRT orders will consist of a single blend group, while VRT orders may consist of one or more blend groups. To check the blend group completion, the total of requested products is compared to the total dispensed product. Once all blend groups reach the order completion percentage, the order is marked complete. See the diagram below for an example of a completed order.
