The Order Completion percentage determines whether an order should be marked as completed. It is calculated from the amount dispensed on an order.
Where the Order Completion percentage is set depends on site requirements. By default, it is set under the facility section but can be configured per owner if required.

Facilities Page
To set the completion settings for a Facility, browse to the Facilities page and select a facility from the drop-down menu. The completion percentage is set in the Order Completion Setting section. If the owner's completion percentage should be used, the “Use owners order completion settings” checkbox needs to be checked.
Owners Page
The owner’s completion percentage is set per owner. To adjust this percentage, browse to the Owners page in Terminal Management TMX and select the owner from the drop-down menu. The selected owner's completion percentage will appear in the Order completion section. New owners will default the “Mark order complete at” percentage to 100%.
Note: The owner's order completion percentage setting is only used if the Facility is configured to use the owner's completion settings.
