LOADPASS - Multi-Order Loading

Drivers may now stage multiple orders at a time, leveraging the advantage of Load Optimizer and Loadout Groups.

Loadout groups are now available in LOADPASS, allowing drivers to stage multiple orders based on their requested amount. This feature uses Loadout Groups created at a site; inform a driver of the group name and they can keep using it as long as there is remaining capacity.

What the driver will see

A driver entering a group for an order number will see a summary of all orders in the group. Orders staged for loading will be the only ones required to fulfill the order; each order must be fully completed before starting on the next.

If another driver tries to pick up a group after it has been staged they receive a warning and a request to wait, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately.
