Note: Disabling WebDAV may require a system restart for the Terminal Management TMX Server.

Solution
- On Windows 10 or Windows 11, click the Start menu at the bottom left of the screen and type “Turn Windows Features On or Off”.
- Open the program when found.
- From the list of features shown, find “Internet Information Services” > “World Wide Web Services” > “Common HTTP Features” > “WebDAV Publishing” and uncheck the box.
Caution: Care should be taken to not change other settings in this program. Enabling or disabling Windows features may result in unexpected changes in system behavior, including preventing Kahler Automation software from running or other effects. Contact Kahler Automation for more information or assistance with this setting.
- Click “OK” to save changes. Changes may take some time and Windows may require a restart.
- Try making the changes to LoadPass configuration once the machine has finished restarting.
