Scaling requirements for LOADPASS automation.

This sets when the scale needs to be used during the workflow — inbound, outbound, receiving, or all. Scale validation is also set on this page.

Scale Automation Controls

Check Receiving Weight

Select to require transport scaling before and after receiving product for the specified bay.

Check Inbound Weight

Select to require transport scaling before dispensing an order in the specified bay (tare).

Check Outbound Weight

Select to require transport scaling after an order is dispensed in a bay (gross). Requires “Check Inbound Weight” to be enabled for the bay.

Weight Validation

When required, sites are able to enable validation rules. when a weight cannot be validated, drivers will not be able to accept the weight, preventing them from progressing until the issue is resolved. 

Tare Weight Range Validation

Prevents drivers from capturing an incorrect tare weight after loading by validating that the tare weight falls within an acceptable range.

Minimum Net Weight Validation

Identifies and prevents extremely low or zero net weights due to improper tare capture by ensuring the calculated net weight (gross - tare) meets minimum requirements.
