Custom prompts for drivers allow automated gathering of information to include on tickets.
Administrators can set up to three questions. These questions determine whether a truck complies with the loading criteria for a designated facility.
Required Questions on selected products
Load questions are prompted based on products to be dispensed by the selected order. “Require for all products” can be selected if the question should always be asked; otherwise the question will only display if a specified product is in the order.

This is the question that will be shown to drivers.
Question types
Multiple Choice
This question type allows a list of possible responses. Drivers are able to select a configurable number of answers and each answer may be set as correct or incorrect.
Yes/No
This question type allows Yes or No as possible responses. Drivers are able to select one answer, and each answer may be set as correct or incorrect.
User Defined
This answer type allows freeform responses to be typed by drivers. It does not allow for responses to be incorrect.
Incorrect Responses
If a driver answers a question incorrectly, they will be presented with a custom-defined message indicating the error. The message is configured in the "Incorrect Response to Driver" text box, as shown below.
Suspend drivers who answer incorrectly
When enabled and a driver answers a Multiple Choice or Yes/No question with an answer set as incorrect, the driver will have their account suspended for that location. Suspended drivers will not be allowed to stage an order in LOADPASS and a LOADPASS admin will be required to unsuspend their account. Preview
A preview of the question is displayed to the right of the configuration so the administrator can preview the configuration.
