LOADPASS Administration - Kiosk Management

Manage LOADPASS kiosks, their roles, and scales.

Kiosks are an optional part of a LOADPASS system, enabling drivers to stage orders without a cellphone or LOADPASS account. Drivers using a kiosk will stage their LOADPASS order after arriving on-site and will have limited capabilities.

LOADPASS kiosks must be configured in LOADPASS administration and then registered from the kiosk. Click the “Kiosk Setup” link as shown above for required files and directions.

Add Kiosk

This is step 1 for adding a new kiosk to a location, and requires a name, role (Inbound, Outbound, or both), and optionally a scale.

Actions

Kiosk management options include “Edit”, “Unregister”, and “Remove”.

  • Edit - Allows an administrator to change the kiosk’s name, role, or attached scale.
  • Unregister - Allows an administrator to reset the kiosk registration, after which a replacement kiosk may be registered.
  • Remove - Allows the administrator to clear the kiosk entirely.
