Release unclaimed barcodes/orders after
Enable this setting to release unclaimed barcodes after a defined amount of time. Releasing an unclaimed barcode cancels the staged order if the driver has not shown up within the time frame, ensuring orders are not permanently locked.
Retain completed order records for
This field controls how long completed order records are kept.
If drivers accidentally enter a previously completed order number loaded out within the timeframe set here, they receive notification that the order was previously completed. Outside of this time range, if drivers enter an old order number, the system treats the order number as invalid.
Office Phone Number
This number is given to drivers in some circumstances when site communication may be required. This number should be a valid contact number at the site.
Shut off access to the site
Enable this setting to prevent new check-ins at a site. This is intended to halt order staging at sites for holidays and on an as-needed basis to stop traffic.
