Optionally display customer destination information for orders to drivers.
Customer destination information may be hidden or shown to drivers, or editable by them, depending on the options selected here.
Show Customer Destination
This is an optional field that allows you to configure whether the destination displays on the order. Enable this setting to prompt drivers for a load destination in LOADPASS. Customer destinations from Terminal Management TMX are given as options for the driver to select.
This is equivalent to the ship-to destination.
If this is disabled, the screen is not presented to the customer and skipped during the workflow.
Allow drivers to select a Customer Destination
This allows drivers to select a destination from the drop-down, as shown in the screenshot above. Customer Destinations are Configured in Terminal Management TMX. Drivers can only select destinations specifically for the customer on their order.
Allow drivers to enter a new Customer Destination
Allows drivers to manually type in a destination. This destination will only be displayed on the BOL and is not added to Terminal Management TMX or stored long-term.
Require drivers to choose a Customer Destination
This field is used in circumstances where the order may or may not have a destination. If it doesn't, the organization requires drivers to manually enter it or select it from the dropdown.
