Control prompts to drivers for Carrier, Transport and Driver information.
Drivers may be prompted for information that will be tied to the ticket created later. If prompted, a driver is required to enter the information before they can proceed. When unchecked, prompts will be hidden from a driver’s screen.
Prompt for Carrier Number
Optional field prompting the driver to enter a carrier number. Carrier numbers are set up in Terminal Management TMX. It is up to the company to distribute these numbers to drivers.
Prompt for Transport Number
optional field prompting the driver to enter a transport number. Transport numbers are set up in Terminal Management TMX and distributed to the driver. These can be the DOT number, license plate number, or whatever unique number the admin sets up. It is up to the company to distribute these numbers to drivers.
Prompt for Driver Number
Optional field prompting the driver to enter a driver number; driver numbers are set in Terminal Management TMX and distributed to the driver. It is up to the company to distribute these numbers to drivers.
Prompt for Driver Password
Optional field prompting the driver to enter a password; passwords are set in Terminal Management TMX and are distributed to drivers. These need to be set up by the Terminal Management TMX admin or user. This field is rarely used but is available if the company wishes to use it. It is up to the company to distribute these numbers to drivers.
Suspended Drivers
Shown at the bottom of the page is the suspended driver report. Suspended drivers are not permitted to stage orders in LOADPASS for a site. Any driver that has been suspended automatically will be shown in this section and gives the LOADPASS admin the option to unsuspend their access to a site.
