Operational hours limit driver access to a site according to company hours.
Drivers can view business hours within the LOADPASS application on the 'Where are you loading?' screen. Hours can be adjusted before holidays to communicate any changes to the standard operating schedule.
Enable business hours
Business hours will be shown to drivers when selecting a site.
Shut off access to the site when closed
When set, drivers will not be able to stage orders outside of business hours. Drivers already staged will be able to continue.
Use same hours for loadout and receiving
Sites with receiving can configure separate hours for receiving loads from their loadout operations. When enabled, a separate receiving tab will be shown to configure site hours for receiving.
Time Zone
The time zone of the facility.
Splitting Hours
When a facility has hours which should exclude a time mid-day, for example 8AM to 12PM and 1PM to 5PM, additional open and close times can be added to each day by clicking the “+” button. Remove unneeded times by clicking the “-” button.
