Drivers will be directed to bays automatically based on their order and bay capabilities.
The Bay Directions page allows users to set up which products are available at each bay, ensuring accurate product placement. This information is then used in the LOADPASS app to give drivers precise bay directions and loading instructions. Bays are assigned when drivers scan their code after arriving at the site.
Product availability for each bay is determined by product configuration in Terminal Management TMX, after which the administrator may choose to further disable product availability.
Orders are sent to each bay until all of the bays have been used, and then it starts over again at the beginning (e.g., if you have Bay A, Bay B, Bay C, Bay D, it will go through the list and choose the one used the longest time ago).
Bay Prioritization
Each bay may be set to allow bulk, blend, and/or receiving orders.
Bulk Orders
Enables a bay to serve bulk orders, where there is a single product in the order or separate compartments for each requiring no blending.
Blend Orders
Enables a bay to serve blended orders, where two or more products need to be mixed to fulfill the order.
Bulk Receiving
Bays capable of accepting incoming product into inventory.
Temporarily Disable Bay
Disable a bay without losing other settings. Drivers will not be directed to a disabled bay.
