Is there a way to put a customer on credit hold to keep them from getting a load or order?

Although there is no "Credit Hold" feature, there is a workaround that will disable a customer account and block any orders from being loaded for the customer.

Solution Summary 

  1. In Terminal Management TMX, click the Customer menu item. The Customer tab opens by default.

  2. Click the "Disabled" button located near the top of the page.

  3. Write a note in the "Note" field, such as Credit Hold.

    The result of this action will prevent a load from being dispensed through Plant Supervisor PSX. Instead, a screen will pop up which reads "...this account has been disabled..." Operators will have to pull up the customer account in Terminal Management TMX to see why the account is disabled.
