How to open the Controller Diagnostics for a panel

Opening a Controller Diagnostics form can be useful when working with a support technician that is troubleshooting an issue with the system

Solution In-Depth

The Controller Diagnostics can be accessed one of 2 ways in Plant Supervisor PSX.

From the Configuration

1. Click on the Configuration Wrench on the top menu.
   
2. Select the Controllers tab.
3. Double-click on the controller to open a Controller Diagnostics for that panel.

From the top menu

1. If the option is enabled in the configuration to "Display controller status icon on main screen", there will be an icon located on the top menu just to the left of the Configuration Wrench.
   
2. When this icon is clicked, the application will display a list of available panels.
3. Double-click on the controller to open a Controller Diagnostics for that panel.
