      Accessing… Host Response Error

      KA-2025 Panels may show the “Accessing… Host Response Error” message and be inoperative.

      Applies to:

      • KA-2025 panels
      • KA-2025 Panel Server

      KA-2025 Panels may show the “Accessing… Host Response Error” message and be inoperative if their connection KA-2025 Panel server is interrupted. This may happen for physical reasons, i.e., the network connection has been interrupted, or because the KA-2025 Panel Server has been stopped.

      Information on restarting KA-2025 Panel Server can be found at either Restarting the KA-2025 Panel Server Service or Restarting the KA-2025 Panel Server Executable pages. Service is the default install method so start there if uncertain of how the system is configured.

      If restarting KA-2025 Panel Server does not resolve the issue, check network and cabling for possible causes.
