FLEXCOMMAND - Update product names from TMX

Always know where products are assigned.

FLEXCOMMAND allows bulk product names to be synced to the HMI for operator convenience.

Synced bulk product names ensure operators know what product is assigned where. Should multiple bulk products be assigned to a single product number, the product names are joined.

Names are synced only when the connected application starts, so changes to product setup should include restarting Plant Supervisor PSX, Self Serve 2, or Bulk Receiving 2.

Disable the syncing behavior by unchecking the option in product setup for each controller included with a system.
