Using the "Do Not Stack" setting in the Self Serve 2 configuration menu.
Applies to
- Self Serve 2 version 2.25.4 and later
This newly added configuration option in Self Serve 2 allows for greater control of the operation of facilities. While the “Do Not Stack” option still exists in Terminal Management TMX product settings, it has always been a global option. This new configuration option in Self Serve 2 is specific to only that copy of Self Serve 2, allowing more control of the system. To access, select the wrench icon in the top right-hand corner and enter the password for the configured user account; when the configuration page opens select the tab labeled “Do not stack”.
To set a product as “Do Not Stack”, select the product in the left-hand column, and click the arrow pointing to the right. To clear the “Do Not Stack” setting, select the product from the right-hand column and click the arrow pointing to the left.
Products marked as “Do Not Stack” in Terminal Management TMX can now clear the setting by clicking the "Clear" button from the configuration in Self Serve 2.
Click the “Close” button in the bottom right of the configuration window to close and save any changes.
