      Discharge Surge Hopper per Batch

      Dry Systems utilizing automatic (not manually operated) surge hoppers may find that the surge hopper is not operating as expected; an option has been added to address this.

      Applies to:

      • 2866 Dry Systems using Automatic Surge Hopper
      • Plant Supervisor PSX updated from version 4.24.12 or earlier
      • Option added in Plant Supervisor PSX Version 4.24.16

      A dry facility using an automatic surge hopper may notice that there isn't a separate discharge per batch. An option has been added to Plant Supervisor PSX for systems that require a dump of each batch from the surge hopper individually.

      In the Plant Supervisor PSX configuration menu, look under the Options tab. “Discharge surge hopper per batch” should be checked to enable the behavior.

      Once enabled, click “Close” to save the settings and return to Plant Supervisor PSX’s main interface.
