Customers

Customers are synchronized to all connected sites. Customers are required for orders and may include additional contact information.

Customers may also be assigned destination records. Destinations are tied only to one customer and represent a delivery location for a ticket. Destinations are synchronized to all connected sites, no assignment required.

Creating a Customer

Create a customer by opening the Customers page and clicking “Create Customer”. Fill in information for the customer and click “Create”. The change will be synchronized out to all connected sites and be available to use in orders.

Creating a Destination

Constellation destinations are managed per customer. Destinations for a customer are found by clicking the “Destinations” button on the Customer page. From here clicking “Create Destination” allows ship-to information to be recorded. Clicking “Create” syncs the changes to all connected sites and will be available for use in orders. Destinations may be edited by clicking the edit link on the Destinations page.
