      Contamination Warnings

      Plant Supervisor PSX adds additional warnings for liquid systems when there is possibility of contamination.

      Applies to

      • Plant Supervisor PSX version 4.23.18 and later

      Starting with version 4.23.18 and later, users of Plant Supervisor PSX may encounter new warnings when dispensing orders. These warnings will occur in situations where there is a risk of contamination happening and will require confirmation to continue.

      There are 3 added warnings, listed below.

      • Warn the user if they have a weigh-tank discharge that will not be purged (e.g., no purge time configured on the discharge function or a zero purge time multiplier on the discharge location)

      • Warn the user if they cancel an order with incomplete discharges, purges, or flushes.

      • Warn the user if they skip an entry that will result in an incomplete discharge, purge, or flush.

      If one of the contamination warnings is encountered, operators should be aware of any contamination concerns for their system and act accordingly.
