Tickets/BOLs can be customized with a company logo. This article describes the steps required to add a logo to the tickets.
Applies to:
- Terminal Management TMX
- Loadout Software (Plant Supervisor PSX, Self Serve 2, Container Filling 2)
Sites using Custom BOL or Ticket pages should contact Kahler Automation for changes. This article applies to the default ticket used in Terminal Management TMX.
The following article requires saving the logo file to the server machine. Check if the current machine is a Terminal Management TMX server by going to http://localhost/terminalmanagement2/ or clicking this link. It will succeed on a server machine and fail otherwise.
Adding a logo to tickets customizes the ticket customers receive after loading or in their email. Check with your company for a copy of the logo file they wish to use on tickets. An ideal logo will be a PNG file (*.PNG) that is no larger than 400 pixels tall and 1500 pixels wide.
Once you have the logo file, save it to “C:\KACO\logo.PNG”.
Log into Terminal Management TMX and navigate to “General Settings” > “Delivery ticket.”
Select the owner (if needed).
In the Ticket logo field, enter the file path “C:\KACO\logo.PNG” (without quotes).
Click “Save Owner Ticket Settings”.
Check the appearance of the ticket by going to “Reports” > “Receipts”.
Select a ticket.
To preview the ticket, or print a hard copy for review, click the “Printer Friendly Version” button then go to the print preview in your browser (or press “CTRL + P” on the keyboard).
Resize or modify the logo file as needed; changes to the logo file will be applied to all tickets.
