Accessing The Terminal Management TMX Event Log

The Event Log details system history from all connected Kahler Automation software. These logs are useful for checking the health of the system, troubleshooting issues, and tracking system usage.

1. From the Terminal Management TMX home page, click on the "Reports" menu item on the left-hand side of the screen.
2. Navigate to the "Event Log" menu option.

Set your criterion for the range of dates you want to show and the filters you want to be applied. Then click "Show Log Entries" to run the report.

The report results are found below in the "Log Entries" section.

You have the option to email the report you just ran – scroll down to the bottom of your results, enter address information in the email fields, and click "Send”.
