The main screen in Plant Supervisor PSX provides an overview of all open orders in the system.
“Select order” is Plant Supervisor PSX’s idle screen; from here an operator may search for and select an order, use tools like “Load Optimizer” or “Missing an order?”, and access settings controlling appearance and operation.
A. Order list
Lists all dispensable orders currently available. Staged orders appear at the very top of the list, followed by loadout groups, and then orders.
Click on any of the column headers to sort the list by that column. Click again to reverse the order.
B. Search bar
Filter the order list based on entered information. The search is based on all visible columns. Try entering a customer name, an order number, or even product in the order.
C. Load Optimizer
Load Optimizer and Manage groups relate to the “Load Optimizer and load out groups. Click here for more information.
D. Missing an order?
Orders not dispensable can be found here. Click the “Missing an order?” button if an order cannot be found in the order list. Click here for more information.
E. Connected Panel Status
This gives an at-a-glance view of Plant Supervisor PSX’s connection status to a facility. If any Controllers are not connected, a red status icon appears over this button.
Clicking on the button shows all connected panels and their connection status. When a panel is disconnected, orders can still be run as long as they do not utilize the disconnected panel. Reconnect or power on the controller to use the panel.
